Who We Are
Welcome, my name is Rachel Stoehr and I am the owner of Rachel Bites. I look forward to working with you to make some delicious cookies for your next event. We specialize in custom designed sugar cookies, a unique variety of cookies in bite sized format, bite sized pies, scones, and other sweet treats. We have a regular menu of items available all year round as well as fun holiday and seasonal options.
A little background about me: My love for baking had started back when I was a kid watching my grandparents and parents baking in the kitchen. My fondest memories are Sundays after church sitting around my grandparents table with all my family sharing stories and enjoying all the pies and pastries they had made. This is why I love what I do and why I wanted to start my own bakery. There is nothing better than sharing something I have created with those around me.
So with the love and support of my wonderful husband and two amazing daughters I decided to open up Rachel Bites in 2016. You may see them around the shop taste testing all the goodies. The “Bites” name came from the sizing of my cookies. I want to offer a cookie that you can enjoy in just a couple bites. Bite-sized cookies are a perfect way to try a variety of flavors without feeling guilty about eating to many sweets. I want a place you can order delicious cookies that look just as good as they taste.
